Menstrual migraines do not appear “just because”. Menstrual migraines do not appear “just because”.

Many times there is something behind that is not being taken into account.:
👉 progesterone drop
👉 mineral deficiency
👉 more sensitivity of the nervous system

And this is where it all fits.

In this phase of the cycle, neuroinflammation and oxidative stress increase., And if your body also does not have enough mineral base ... the nervous system becomes much more reactive.

It is a transition phase in which your hormones—especially estrogen and progesterone—begin to fluctuate.. It's not a problem, It's physiology. But if you don't adapt, your body will notice it.

When estrogen really drops, You will be more “unprotected” if you have not built a previous base.
This is where you have leeway (and much more than what they have told you):
1. Train strength (this is not optional)
It is the most powerful tool to protect bone, muscle, metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Walking is not enough.
2. Prioritize quality protein at every meal
You need to maintain muscle mass and metabolic stability. If you don't arrive, your body pays for it: more fatigue, worse body composition, more anxiety about eating.
3. Take care of your nervous system
If you live on constant alert, your hormonal axis becomes deregulated. It's not just "emotional stress": It's biology. Breathing, Real pauses and slowing down matter.
4. Improve your digestive health
Less estrogen = worse bowel function in many women. If you already have swelling, gas or constipation, this is the time to work on it.
5. Don't neglect rest
Poor sleep at this stage accelerates hormonal deterioration, metabolic and cognitive. Don't normalize it.
6. Support your bone health now
It's not just calcium. It's training, vitamin D, sun exposure, protein and mechanical stimulus.
7. Regulates glucose and insulin
Constant sugar spikes worsen hormonal symptoms. Here strategic nutrition makes the difference.
